Paperwork

• Team Handbook – A must read by everyone, covers expectations and policies.
• Signup form & RaR Release – Our primary registration form.
• Medial Form – These will be sealed and given to EMS or other medical professionals if there is an emergency.
• NE FIRST Release – Needed for traveling to events
• FIRST Release – Needed for traveling to events

Once you have read the handbook and filled out the paperwork, feel free to stop by any meeting on our calendar and ask for Dan, Forest, or Scott and we will help you out!
